BIND003: expression-function-arity
Wrong number of arguments for an expression function
| Code | BIND003 |
| Name | expression-function-arity |
| Category | Bindings and expressions (BIND) |
| Default severity | error |
| Enabled by default | yes |
| Fix available | no |
| ign-lint equivalent | none |
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Checks the argument count of every call to a known expression function against the counts the gateway accepts when it compiles the expression (including functions with optional and repeated arguments).
Why is this bad?
Section titled “Why is this bad?”Ignition rejects the expression at compile time ("wrong number of arguments"), so the binding never evaluates.
